I gave notice on September 12 that I was moving my boxes out of storage and am closing my account. The customer service rep. (Brad) stated I would receive my refund in about two weeks. I contacted the office and talked to Brad and the manager (Mary Monticelli) on several occasions since September and they assured me that the corporate office will mail me my refund. Each time I called, I was given different excuses (ie. The check is being processed, the check was processed, contact the company and call you with additional information (which they never did). The company and its staff is unprofessional and is trying to keep my deposit.
