Bought a Barnes and noble gift card. Was charged and have not gotton! I get no emails, and try to call the 1-800- # but no one answers!

I bought a barnes and Noble Gift card. They have charged me, but have not gotton it. I have recieved no email how to get it, and try to call their phone # and no one answers or return my calls!
