I'm writing this consumer complaints after going through the whole system to try and recover my money back. I've tried the Small Claim's court and got a default judgment against findyoursearch.com in Toronto, Canada. I've tried asking my credit card company to give me a charge-back and they refused. I complained to the Ombudsman of Financial Services and they declined my charge-back. Right now, the only recourse I have is to sue the card company, known as Citibank.
I would like to say that all the consumer complaintss about this company is true. Because the conversation is on telephone from the sales-representative, you have nothing in writing to back up anything that is promised. As a convenient catch-22, the credit card company requires something in writing from the company in order to start a charge-back process.
