I wanted to share the lies, false advertisement, all-out fraud on the part of The Bully House, a "supplier of various dog merchandise". July 23 I placed an order for DVDs totaling aroung $86.00 Later I placed another order for a different DVD adding to my cart. I paid with my card, it was taken instantly. 2-3 business days... Tik tok tik tok. After many, many emails, calls, text messages, I finally got an email from his wife-maybe, don't know what the truth is with these guys-saying sorry for the inconvenience and the orders will be shipped the following morning. September 15. Almost 2 months later!!!
I sent an instant reply accepting her apology and asked why her "man" didn't do it himself? Also telling her all I wanted was what I gladly paid for, even though I could've stopped payment and gotten the DVDs cheaper elsewhere which I told her too. That was the only/final correspondence I had with The Bully House. I filed a dispute at PayPal but...??? Now, 4 months later, I have no DVDs, I'm tired of trying in vain to reach these people, and over $100 poorer than I started before I found their site. Wish I'd found this one first. I would like to sue the hell out of these guys. Any takers?
