My fiance and I were having the amount of $14.95 a month deducted from our checking account for cigarettes. I ordered once, got my order. No problem. I quit smoking. Bank would not let me cancel the automatic debit. I looked up my account on the internet, called the number and now am waiting to see if the amount stops being deducted.
The only problem I have with this company is that the stuff comes from CHIASSO, and I have no idea where that is. I have quit smoking and I prefer to stay within the confines of the United States for products of this type.
When you call the phone number, they ask you your email address and if you are on file, they say your name, and you say yes, thats me, and the man says they will cancel your membership.
Please forward the phone numbers and other information to those in peril from this vendor.
