I purchased a Croscill Fiji blanket, linen collection and designer pillows. All of the purchase was on back-order but I had been charged immediately. I had been delivered the incorrect item, and that I haven't had the opportunity to create telephone contact to go over returning the item. E-mails are satisfied by having an automobile concept along with a "please contact us during business hours. If you should be not able to get thruough please keep a note with telephone number and we shall contact you back." Uh, there's no chance to abandon a note and that I have supplied my contact amount in my own emails. The telephones are usually active. Perhaps a large amount of disappointed clients are calling and that's why the telephones are active.
The transport office is just a laugh.incorrect zip codes on deals. One bundle delivered to California in the place of Arizona. Customer support. Zero.
I'll buy a minute page collection and also the cushions and towels from another organization.
I'd not suggest the corporation. Buyer beware.
