Shirley Vogt - Little MagMolly Poodles
Ripoff, I was to purchase a Toy Poodle for $800 from Shirley Vogt, Little MagMolly Poodles. I sent $600 she will not sell the poodle or give back my money. Rip-off

I corresponded with Shirley Vogt of Little MagMolly Poodles, via her website at www.littlemagmolly.com. I sent her $600 of the $800 she is charging for the Toy Poodle, born on 1/21/04. She said I had to wait 8 weeks before I could pick her up.

I became ill and could not come at the arranged time, so I delayed the trip from Illinois to Ohio. N She now says that she will not sell me the Poodle or return my $600. I called the State's Attorneys of Illinois and Ohil to inquire as to what my rights are regarding recouping my $600.

I had talked to the Pataskala and the Sheriff's Dept in the county on 5/8/04 to have them come with me to her place at 13750 Halloon Lane in Pataskala, OH.

They would not escort me there, but as soon as I showed up, she and her husband called the police and they came.

I only asked either for the puppy (I had the balance which is $200, plus any extras costs for keeping the puppy past the original pick up date), or give me back my $600. I now have to take her to court to recoup my $600.
