I'd a merchant account with Money the one that was billed —down in-may of this past year. On December 29 I had been hand-delivered by a guy a "summons". I'd no idea what he was actually giving me, I believe he named it paperwork, but I'm unsure if he explained anything more besides that used to donot need to visit courtroom to simply contact the amount. I tried calling the amount 24 hours later and all it did was band.in my opinion the summons is phony. It claims that they can affect the courtroom. There's no seal in the surfaces and all courtroom signatures are placed. There's actually another press placed through the stamped recommendation of the worker district judge. You will find additional stampings within the record which are simply randomly stamped. There's no judge day about the summons, and Farrell & Seldin are declaring to become addressing Capital One. Just how can they be addressing Capital One once the debt was charged-off. Aren"t they simply looking to get free cash that's not really theirs to declare? Personally I think the files aren't truly in the courtroom and that's a kind of violence to discourage me to pay for them. But I don't owe Farrell & Seldin anything.
