"enough is a enough" sms supercars is at it agin, another warranty rip off

"Enough is Enough" SMS Supercars is at it again. Another warranty Rip Off, fales promises, vary bad customer service and the list go's on and on. I bought 296 SMS Supercharger for my 09 Dodge Challenger R/T. I had SMS Supercars do all the insatllment work them selfs along with the up grades. The night I picked my car and took it for a test drive with Rod there prodution manager I noticed that my engine light was on in my car and it would not go off. I ask Rod about it and he told we can check it with the Diablo Predator Sport that SMS gave me and clear any trouble shooting codes that are there. After doing so, I started driving back home which is about a three and a half hour drive... Now during that long drive back home my engine started to act up when it would throw boost. Five pounds boost was normal but at times it would throw about 10 to 15 puonds of boost out of the blue and start shakeing and wanting to stall out while my engine light was flashing. I pulled over and called Rod right away about the problem, I told Rod what was going on and he told me not to worry about it that it was normal because, it is a brand new supercharger that it just needed to be broken in to and adjust to my motor. Well me trusting in him I figured he know what he was talking about. After about two months things were not getting any better with this problem. I got ahold of Rod again and told him I was still having the same problmes and they were getting worse and explaned to him what else was happing. He told me to check for any trouble shooting codes and clear them if there is any, I told him that I already did that and that there are no trouble shooting codes. He told me that he did not know then and he would have to talk to one of the Diablo Tech's and get back to me about it in a hour. I told him that was fine and I would be waiting for his call. After about three hours of waiting I called him back and got his voice mail I left him a meassage to get back to me. It took about three weeks but I did get to talk to a Diablo Tech and I had drive all the way back down to SMS so that I can get my whole Diablo reprogram along with my car and its computer. My car was fine for a few days and it started to have the same problems all over again I called the Diablo Tech again and told him it was acting up again throwing any where between 10-15 puonds boost still at times and on a stock tune and it did not seem right. Well in our converstion, he had implied that I could be driving my car too hard or Hot Roding it. I assured him that was not the issue and the only reason why he would ask is because of how young I am. Of coerce he said that was not it. I told him that all I want is to fix the problem while my warranty was still good. Well to make a exreamly long story short, time went on and I was having the same problmes and my car was not getting any better at all. I called SMS about the problem many times and all I got was a run around and them ignoring my phone calls and messages. I talk to a hand full of there empolyees about this including Molly, Sean, And Steve Saleen and still nothing was done.in October my car threw 10 pounds of boost stalled out on me and died on the free way, that was not the frist time it happend. May while at a complete stop at a red light, I gave my car some thorttle to get going when the light trund green, As my car started to go and pick up a little bit of speed I herd a big bang and my car shut off completly in the middle of the street and would not start up. When got out to see what was wrong I seen that oil was all over the road along with chucks of metal parts. I called for tow truck and had it towed to Dodge where I bought My car. Dodge told me there would check it out and call me the next day about it. The next day Dodge called me back and told me that were some holes in the bottem of my oil pan and in some other places do to some rods going threw the bottem. Like I said before I have talk Sean and Steve Saleen about this and they told me that they would get back to me and have there engine specialist and Diablo Tech call me to ask me some some questions and see why the rods went threw the bottem. They never did. I have been calling and calling along with Dodge leaving messages so I can get this problem resolved and fix my motor. But they have been ignoring everything and I have been with out my car for six months now and I have lost my house because I could not keep up with my payments do to a pay cutt at work because of not having reliable transpertion in the line of work that I do, My bills are really backed up bad, and I have to use other pepole vechicles to get around and pick up my kids from school. After reaching I see that I am not the only one thats having problems with SMS Supercars. This is just little sum up of what SMS Supercars has been putting me threw from the start. There are tons of detils that I chose to leave out for reasons and this is not even the half of it. If you are currently having problems with SMS Supercars or has had problems with SMS Supercars and nothing has been resolved please resopnd to this report.
