Each month oil is delivered at end of month, this month it came at the beginning raising it 85 cents

Each month my home oil delivery is at the end of the month. My contract ended end of Oct.
Under my contract oil was $3.09.
This delivery was received beginning of November.By delivered the first week of Nov after my contract and the amount was $3.94
Is Slomin's so desparate for money, well now they have lost a valuable customer.
