Bill McFarland has no sham, this guy took me for a large sum of money after April storms hit my area. I'm not big on these types of reports but Bill has to be stopped! This guy will tell you anything to get your money, once he has it you will wait very long to here back from him.
I had alot of storm demage to my home, several windows broken out due to hail and a roof that needed replaced. Bill took my money and ran! Today is 10-27,2% of the work has started but
No materials, No recipts and for sure NO BILL!
