McFarland Trucking never paid me final check

I was a Contract Labor Driver for McFarland Trucking in Caldwell TX. On 10/18 I had to go to the Food Bank to get food for my family, cause we had run out of groceries. When I called my boss, James C McFarland, and explained that I needed to go to the Food Bank and why, he fired me. He told me that he would give me my final paycheck on 10/31. I still have not received my paycheck. My rent is due, and we have received a disconnect for electric. If my family, and I are put out on the street, I don't know what we will do.
