Poor service

I recently retired and attempted to change from treatment tag to gold software that will be also treatment tag however for more than 65. I'd 4 programs to move and only 2 of these really visited the brand new website. I eventually got 1 moreover towards the new website however the 4th one is just a real issue. I named them about the 10 of July and talked to some cust support representative who never set the issue. It's today the 23rd of July and after speaking with 3 various administrators, I however can't-get my medication. Each one of these i keep in touch with provides me another account. One stated they notice I still have 2 replacements and certainly will look after it quickly and then I am advised they've no understanding of a refill. Nowadays I named my prior company to try and get aid and he or she did a three-way conference phone carefully tag and was informed the same they're showing me. We're considering it, although not allowing me know basically can get my medications. Today bear in mind, I spend $82 per month for this along with a deductible, and that Iam receiving NO medication! I do want to drop-out of silverscript but I actually donot understand if my company may allow me to. So what can I actually do?
