My Sweetheart and that I recently put up with immediate Television, I ought to have recognized better since I'd difficulty once before together. But at that time which was the only real choice available due to where we stay. My sweetheart delivered a cost by email within the quantity of 150 bucks. Which was the 17th of September about the 21st of September they closed the support down, after I named about this they stated they'd not receieved the cost and so I paid the total amount due with my charge card. Thats two p ayments of $305 plus some change. On July 28th I obtained a statement for that quantity of 18.91, that they stated was cost to get a returned check they stated was delivered about the 27th as NSF. I named and undoubtedly the folks within the call-center cannot do anything about something. And so I sent Direct TV a notice along with a backup of the lender statement. Which was August 6th. I named on September 11th to confirm the improvement, spoke to Dana, and was informed these were still focusing on the situation which there is no immediate point towards the department that protects this kind of problem. The phone call centre cannot actually deliver them a contact. I spoke another woman, Skye, on July 25th and he or she mentioned the esculation was exposed about the 11th and shut about the 17yh and also to allow 7-10 day for resoulation. Matt, worker 415790 stated when I obtain the papaer function sent that it'd be 7-10 times, he was the very first person I named about the 6th of July.

It's been nearly per month and today I've a brand new statement for 101.00 plus some chanage with no solution regarding wherever my different 156.00 is. The corporation must be documented towards the greater business agency and every other company that handles this type of problem. They took 150 and therefore are having a problem about returning it, or in the minimum crediting it to my bill.
