Just energy
My mother had hip surgery and was in dallas to recover

My mother is 78 years old lives by herself and is on a fixed income of only $700. A month 15% below proverity level, had Just Energy services for electricity. She had a long history of paying on time every month up untill 2 months ago. She had hip repalcement surgery in Dallas, Fort worth for rehab, then to Springtown for out patient. She finally made it back to Wichita Falls, Texas to find out Just Energy had cut off her electricity. She got help to get it payed but, they refuse to reconnect. She needs breathing treatments as well.

Need to know where to go and what to do to get her electric back on, So she can get back into her house.
