I went to lake george for july 4th weekend. My 10 year old son wanted a black henna tattoo. Come to find out that he got a scar from this tattoo. I never got a warning brochure or anything that states that this tattoo could be very dangerous. I put in a complaint to the fda but still have not received a call back. I am concerned that another child may have the same problem my son was put on steroids for 3 weeks and the marking of the tattoo is still there today over a month later.
