Purchased a pair of Jordan sneakers. They were damaged, poor quality. To return them was crazy, it cost me $30.00. To this date I have not been refunded my money. They also are charging a 20% rest

I purchased a pair of Jordan sneakers from kicksbay. They were damaged and of poor quality. To retun them was very expensive! I did not know that they were coming from China. They also charged a 20% restocking fee, which is not fair! They sent out merchandise that should not have been sent out in the first place. Forget about trying to get your money back, all they do is give you the run around! They are a Big Ripoff. It's a Big Scam...
