My dog was attacked, suffering ocular trauma & almost losing an eye at this "doggie" daycare. I called the owner the following day, who had no recollection of any dog fights (which is scary that you would miss one, unless you get many...), she refused to cover my expenses and implied this might have happened when I took her jogging that evening!!! I read the contract I signed and it says they are supposed to call you and then take any injured dog to a vet, so I don't have to drive to the emergency clinic at 9PM / pay top dollar and otherwise deal with this after seeing patients all day. To top it off the emergency veterinarian told me that it looked like they used a clotting agent and dog hair to mask the puncture wound - FOR SHAME.
