Bullying customer to huge extra charges and to their service

I am a person for relocations broker "www.universalrelocations.com". Without telling the client they outsourced the task of elimination to Simpsons Removals & Storage Ltd. There is collection termination because of broker-client misunderstanding so when lastly the things were selected-on 23-Dec to become moved towards the interface. Rather than the interface they required for their storage after which deliver the notice on 08 jan to pay for £670 more for collection termination to £900 of real support. They cited 19 CBM amount of the completely move loaded products, on dubious concerning the quantity client requested for visit at their storage. Throughout the visit on 15 Jan there have been several items which was still waiting to become loaded and established that real quantity was around 15CBM.in reaction to this Simpsons team stated these were hectic with additional purchases so that they may plan the packaging following the weekend. Not just they declined to shipping or pay their aspect of disappointment but required £420 more for shipping choice or storage costs will soon be included from 26-Jan. As there is no guarantees or stability on Simpson's notice I required for an on-spot pre-offload cost at my storage. Simpsons has declined to achieve this support plus as on thirty-Jan deliver the notice that they can market my home what to recover the price.
