Dear Amber Connell;

Thank you for taking the time to correspond with me

My problem first started when I added a third phone to my calling plan. The phone was ordered via internet. Without going into great detail, the plan I was put on wasn't the one I was informed that I had. After reviewing my first bill with the third phone and going over the detail billing, I was on a different plan than what I was informed. I called customer service and the representative corrected the problem, I thought. She also started my weekend & night at 19:00 hrs and informed me it would start the 8th of March. I also made a payment online from the balance she gave me, 188.00 dollars I believe. The next month billing was 1300., again incorrect plan. There was no misunderstanding on my part, I want no credits, are as one representative said that they would meet me half way.

I just want to pay for the plan usages I was supposed to have, nothing more are less. I hope we can resolve this matter; I would like nothing more than to turn all three phones back on. I have less than ten days before I'm locked into a contract with another wireless provider.

P. SI have a copy of the Cingular Service Agreement that came with the phone I ordered off internet. Joel (I'm pretty sure it was Joel Gage) had me cross out the rate plan and write in another plan number at the top under monthly plan & promotions. He informed me that if I decided to add this rate plan & phone this would be my plan per I discussion. One of my many calls to customer service I informed them to look at my contract, I was always told that they couldn't access it. If you would like a copy please e-mail me with your fax number.

Following that, we reviewed the plan for a second time5000 Night Weekend, 7pm till 7pm, Family ties (unlimited) phone to phone (Cingular Serv.) I also increased my anytime minutes to 600. Plan number you gave me. Fh5n70004ft19home600r5knw7. The customer notes said that I refused this plan which is incorrect.

Thanks again, for screwing up my service with SWB/Cingularsince 1989.
