My purchases via credit card are never questioned and are just paid. Red flag brought to my attention when the same money amount from same company was taken from my acct. For the sixth month in a row. I had purchased one book via the web six months ago for $19.95 and the company continued to remove that amount from my acct. Without my permission and without my receiving any product or services.
I spoke with a company rep. They offered a $39.90 credit. I said that wasn't acceptable and asked for a supervisor. That request was refused. The tech did offer to send a report of my request for $99.75 credit back. I asked for the corp. E-mail address and was given: [email protected] and I also received an immediate e-mail the claims my card has been credited $39.
Now, I see on-line all the complaints about this company. Why is it still in business??? Doesn't anyone have the power to shut this place down? What is this world coming too? How can this continue to happen? Doesn't consumer fraud have any advocates in Boca Raton, FL? Is this site going to be any help? Perhaps FB or Twitter is more appropriate to complain!
