I went to take advantage of sale on underwear. Found the rack for the brand I was looking for. It was a total mess. I searched both sides for 20 minutes looking for the style and size I needed. (No help available) Sizes, style, color, NOTHING was in order. I gave up, went to Penney's and was directed to the rack by the employee, found exactly what I needed, all in impeccable order, out in 5 minutes, and on sale for the same price. Sorry, Kohl's wasn't worth the hassle.
