Fraudulent real estate broker, only cares about her commission, katonah, north salem

Pat Neville, realtor in Katonah, Bedford and surrounding areas is a true old time real estate salesperson. A true fraud who cares only about her commission. She will hide all known flaws on a property just to collect her commission. That's all she cares about is her commission.

Don't fall for any recommendations, especially lawyers she has used in the past. They seem impeccable according to Nexis Lexis, but lawyers know how to skirt the issues so they don't get blamed.

Pat Neville is a fraud, a thief and she should be prosecuted for knowingly hiding flaws and facts about a property.

At a closing, she know nothing and says alot of words that say nothing. But when Pat Neville has to collect her commission, she's sharp as a tack.

If you must use this thief, place her commission in escrow by an ATTORNEY you the client obtained, not her. Any attorney she recommends is working for her and not you.

Do not squander your hard earned money to this real estate broker thief!
