Belk's in gulf coast town heart... Very unprofessional workers and supervisor! Experienced sales on purses and employee was moving them to some lower discount/sale price. She explained "each one of these r moving towards the $9.99 stand if u like all of these". These were good and that i discovered one which i preferred. I expected her "these r $9.99?" she said "yes however the ones on the ground below r $19.99". I came across some of those for $19.99. Walked around for some and worker (lois) was showing me others which were also $9.99. After i chose to obtain the 2 that i preferred and went up for the register, the cashier called them up at $29.99 and $19.99. I explained no and explained what i had been told as well as visited show here where they were located t / the $9.99 indication. She took the sign down and said they purchase did not begin til 2pm... It had been 1 pm but still, which was the cost shown. We finally got the manager and the manager explained "sorry, it isn't $9.99 but 40% off". I informed her that was not what i had been told and she explained "go for that or don't"! I've never had a company set items up t / a sale price after which does not recognize that cost!!! In the place of dropping $10 they lost a $30 purchase along with a client! I'll never return and neither will my friend which was t / me. How very unprofessional of "belkis"!!!
