CCA ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I have been billed by this company for nothing. I have not ordered or charged anything from them. I really wanted to quit them after receiving their shlocky catalog. That was last spring of '03. They took 199.00 out of my checking account and say i owe them 343.98 more -for nothing!
