Refused to send my payment of $225 that was send through graphcard to a business partner Internet

I send payment of $225 through graphcard, a money order payment to a business partner in the united state. For more than three weeks now graphcard refused to send the payment and refused to reply me nor pick my calls. I need to know what went wrong with my money order payment, why graphcard refused to send my payment.
