Ripoff I paid $1480.00 for a dog I never receive and didn't get my money back

I paid $1480.00 for a dog from Bam and Ceceilia Wade. I never got the dog and I never got my money back. I called him to ask him when was I going to get my money and he keeps to putting me on hold. I'm tired of dealing with him and I want my money. I have all my recipts from western union. Do not buy any dogs from bam and ceceilia wade in california because they're false advertising.
