In September I requested a wicker dog container but on bill the scale were smaller than advertised. I delivered the products instantly seeking the bigger size. Despite numerous emails, telephone calls and characters towards the organization, up to now I've obtained neither an upgraded container or a return. To date it's charge me £30.99 for that container plus £7.85 to come back it.
I included my local Trading Standards Specialist in December. Despite her greatest attempts I'm no more forward. The Organization didn't actually react to her communication. I am aware a trip was designed to their areas and Trading Requirements were informed the Organization had attempted to make contact with me - that's a rest.
DoN't contact the corporation having a bargepole!
