The are claiming i needed to write them a letter saying i didnt need there services anymore which is BS they never told me that when i agreed to hire them

I hired atla to fight a ticket i got in 2009 they took my money knowing the laws had changed. They knew they couldnt get a moving violation reduced but yet they took the case and when i called them and told them i would never use there services again they were fine with it then they sent me a bille for 400 dollars and now it in collections i have to hire a lawyer to write them a letter saying i dont want there services and pay the 400 dollars to this is all BS.
