First I would like to state this is actually the second-time I've had Terrible Support from your own team in the One Stop on Packerland. Simply incredible Bad support.

One 8-29 @6:22pm... Ref #082996 Bill #1330944. I had been waited on by Cashier #205 (Randy).

After I swiped my card, and was awaiting my Bill to signal. I requested the Cashier (Randy) easily might have a little carrier to place my acquisitions in. He proceeded to "Stanch" a carrier in the table (not comfortably choose one-up) and appeared straight at me in a horrible search, and "Move" his "Eyes" up into his mind.

After I'd authorized the Bill. I believed to Him "I am sorry I requested to get a carrier" He Rudely mentioned in my experience "what would you suggest"?

I then responded to him "Guy you did need to Move you eyes up into your face like this for requesting a carrier"..."and that you don't need to behave like you had been therefore released about asking".

He Proceeded to see me in a "Very Noisy Speech" he didn't move his eyes at me, which he was simply performing his Work, of Course If "used to do nothing like the support I ought to simply abandon".

Wow what great customer service.

I then proceeded to the following table, and requested to get a Supervisor. There is a Guy there that mentioned he was additional supervisor from the distinct shop. I subsequently told him precisely what had occur.

Actually this "Clown" did not seem to provide a "Rip" in what only happen!

I then ask him if there was nevertheless a Store-Manager Title "Sandy" (in my opinion which was her title from last moment I acquired this sort of support there) he mentioned she was the shop manager. I advised him I'd be calling her with this issue.

I had been right behind another customer. I then proceeded to additional street to become examined.

Now this is actually the "Large Concerns"?? Is that this the manner in which you educate you cashiers to hold back on clients??? Is this the way in which "Sandy" teaches her workers??? Could it be your published or unwritten plan to deal with clients like "Dust"???

Is my company there-no great??? Would you need to know that there's a person that'll proceed, and do something to distribute the term about your team, as well as their "Violent" plan against clients??? Would you like to understand that after somebody "Googles" Oneida One Stop the very first thing they observe is only "Client Grievances" about your company??? Do you consider that through an abusive employee. That it's not going to run you cash, and business? (think again)

I've had enough misuse from your own workers, which went to far. I do want to understand how your "Area, or Local Director" are and also the way to contact them. I need to know just how to provide this to interest of the the "Elders", and superiors of the Oneida Country! I'd like somebody at the very top to contact me... I'd like one to understand so just how ashamed I'm for investing my cash there going back 24 months and obtaining this violent treatment from your own arrogant, "narcissist" intimidation workers!!! After which expect me to simply go!

NO FURTHER... I do want to talk to someone at the very top! No gift-cards... No lame apologies... No. No. I'd like fulfillment... Also it must originate from the Most Effective!

You have to contact me the moment possible...!! Or I'll begin distributing the term about One-Stop, and it is workers!!!
