While looking for work, I became desperate to gain an edge over my competition. I decided to puff up my resume with a few well placed lies. I decided to use a fake reference service to add to its effectiveness. I made the mistake of using CAREER EXCUSE of Ohio. The man on the phone, (William) assured me, they knew what they were doing! He promised me that they would take care of me. The only thing they took, WAS MY MONEY!
They NEVER delivered the references I payed for. Not to mention, they refuse to honor their refund policy. It clearly says on their web site that, they will refund your money AND pay you $50.00 if I don't get hired! I knew it sounded too good to be true. How could I have fallen for, (Whats now obvious) Lies!!!
I tried and tried to call them. They NEVER answer. I tried to write to William. He NEVER answers! Its been over three months since I first subscribed to their service with NOTHING to show for it! I decided to use Alibi Network.
