Has anyone ever made the mistake of listening to a recruiter believing all the promises yes you make this much or extra money will come from? I made the mistake of working for jbhunt in 2009 i was promised $850 a week i thought that wasn't to bad i went through all the step aerobics in southgate ca i passed everything they were even nice enough to room me up with a mental patience in a big flee bag motel i went home for a few days until they had a truck for me 4 days later they had a truck for me they could not even find i had to find it myself no key they made a key the truck filled with someone else's trash truck was being washed and cleaned out and when it was time to take off i went to start truck it would not start they jump started it 2 days later it died again had to be pull started 4 days later they had no more work for me the 5th and 6th day of working for a wonderful company no work for me the 7th day i got work went to start truck would not start had to be pull started first had to be pulled out of my yard of course they did not rip down my fence but before i called for maintenance i called the person who handled my loads a bitch freight manager i told her my truck dont want to start and that this is the 3rd time in 6 days this truck need's to be worked on replaced or get me some other work until they fix the truck or find me another one she yelled at me hurt my feelings of course wah wah on the way to the yard i recieved a message to turn in truck to shop so it can be repaired i did then was doing my paperwork sat in a chair in driver lounge the legs collasped causing me to fall backwards it was even witnessed by maintenance worker i reported just in case i was told no worker's compensation cause i quit at 7:30 am that's funny cause i was driving before then and still driving after 8:30 am so after making me wait they paid for my bus ticket home why would they do that if i quit? I got my check a few days later not even $400 and the money on my card i could not get it out cause they cancelled it i did get after an hour or more then a month later an up and coming recruiter call's me check's my information and i was told that i did not pass everything in general now how did i go from quitting to not passing everything in general the the freight manager lied her ass off to cover her ass as big as it might be after that i went to work for another company and experienced mechanical break downs sounded familiar of course it couldn't be looking at the truck from a side view it could be seen where the sticker was jbhunt
