These people are a huge RIP OFF! If you drop off a mower for repairs and SPECIFY what needs to be done they will do what they want to it. They will charge you for work you didn't ask for and for work that wasn't/isn't needed. Their rates are way too high for the horrible job that they do.
We asked them to do two things, replace a gear and replace a toggle switch. They replaced the deck bearings, blades, gear and toggle switch. They did this without calling and telling us that other things might need work. They just went a head and did the work and charged us $700 for that work. We don't have that kind of money to pay out right and of course they won't do payments. A lawyer has been contacted!
