Took my money for a boxset of dvds, have not sent them or answered my emails and hasbeen sometime

A couple of weeks ago i bought a boxset of dvds, from this website.
I waited to hear they had sent it but after a couple of days still nothing.
I started to email them and after numerous emails i still did not get a reply.
It shows up on my bank statement the money has been taken, but on site it still says processing payment. I even told them i would report there site, but i still did not get an answer.
