It took 3 weeks of stonewalling for me to realize Citadel Equipment Finance is not a trust worthy company. A few days after our application was submitted Adam Dwinell a Sr. Finance Consultant told me we were approved for a loan. However, a few weeks later he asked for a co-signer, which we provided. Then we were given payment options. The following week we signed a contract and paid a document fee plus one month on the loan. Another week passed by and I was advised the application was put back in under writing. Mr. Dwinell asked for personal financial statements, which we provided. After 3 days I was forced to cancel and ask for a full refund after 6 weeks from date of approval. Now I'm being given the runaround and there's no live human to speak with. We have copies of all of the documentation and email correspondence.
