The caliber of their support is average but their Customer Support may be the toughest you'll find around. They're a lot of inexperienced fools. They disconnected my support in error then desired to cost me a reconnection charge. I sent them loading. Today should you ever possess a specialized issue, you're proceeding for real nightmare.
