TWS provides a five year warranty on phone systems. Legitimate claims have been filed.
TWS denies all claims supposedly due to improper filing or the thirty day invoicing stipulation not being met. We have proven that all criteria was met and demanded payment of claims.
TWS will not respond to calls since we became aggressive in collecting on our claims. The only means of communication at this point is an Auto Attendant, E-Mail or US Mail.
If you endorse Technology Warranty Solutions, be prepared to pay for all equipment and labor on all claims.
