Be sure to look up their other names: AKA Experience Van Line, Capital Asset Ventures Inc, Express Van Line, Bleus Paradise LLC, Experience Moving LLC. It's the same people and everytime they get shut down by the FMCSA, they change their name and start again... Which by the way nullifies your claim through an Arbitrator!!! I plan to sue. Faskhoodi, Alireza Dadeghi, Ali Reza Sadeghi, Alireza Fasichoodi, Alireza Faskhoodi and Alex Sadegi. Fereshteh Razaei, an owner of Experience Moving is also Fereshteh Pakdaman (She lost her Certified Nursing Assistant license for harming patients). Joseph Mottaghian is also Hassan Mottaghian. The BUSINESS addresses on all the legal documents are home addresses, some of these are fake as well!
Round and Round the fraud goes!!! PLEASE report your experience to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Admin and to the Nevada Transportation Admin and to the Las Vegas Attorney General! We need to put these scumbag thieves out of business and into the 4x8 cell they DESERVE!!!
