I paid $20 to this company by my credit card 2 months ago for phone services. I tried to make several calls to Australia and Vietnam after the money is paid. But I couldn't make any calls. I contacted their customer service right away and they told me that they would fix the problem. This is what they told me "please try to call again after 15 mins". I waited 15 mins and made a call to Australia again but it did not even work. I called the customer service again and I want my money back. They said that the money is paid by using credit card and the refund will be sent via check and I have to wait 2 weeks in order to receive the check. Very very poor customer service, how the heck the refund has to be in check when the company can refund the money right back to my credit card? But I was like ok, i'll wait for 2 weeks. But until now, 2 months already and the check is not even here. I've just made several calls to contact the customer service and asked again for my refund. I even tried to talk to the manager, the boss or whoever is in charge, but there is still no answer. The problem is not about $20 bucks. The problem is about how the company treats the customers. Basically, they took the money, their phone system doesn't work, no refund or promise to refund but nothing until now.
If anyone is thinking about paying money for phone services, my suggestion is to stay away from this company (phuoc loc tho telecom). Gay @ss company.
