My daughter moved out of her apartment on Sept 1 and was charged for electric at this residence for several months while other tennants occuppied this residence, when in fact edison were to refund her a deposit in the amount of 505.00 by nov 12 b/c she is on a fixed income and was not suppose have had to put down a deposit in the first place. My daughter's illness is terminal and needs all the money she has to pay for much needed meds that ease her pain and keep her alive. This company has been dysfunctional with her needs and cares and shuts off her power b/c of their nrglect and irresponsibility when he comes to those who are ederly or sick. My daughter will die if she goes without air conditioning. Please help us.
