My husband and I were consulted in 2010 on a reality based jousting competition show and we provided our expertise in horsemanship as well as our own personal experiences in jousting. I helped gather information from other professional jousters who were already preparing a competition show with the promise of being compensated by Craig Piligian of Pilgrim Films if we were able to produce their show first.
Now they have taken our ideas and used the other jousting company's demo reel and combined them to create what they say is their own show, and it's obviously not, and they are refusing to pay me the amount promised and refusing to even acknowledge my participation and my husband's participation in the creation of the new show that they are creating with The History Channel.
They have stolen the entire concept away from the real jousting community and are now saying it's their own idea.
