Doba's home page clearly states that they offer a "7-day trial" which I signed up for on the evening of May 10th. However, when I went to cancel my subscription because I found the service sucked and did not offer any really good profitable products, I discovered that I had already been charged before the 7-days was up.
They charged me on afternoon of the 17th and so I did not receive a full 7 days. They state that in their agreement it says that the day you sign up is a full day no matter if you sign up at 12:01am or 11:59pm. But in their advertising, there is not even an asterisk to warn clients.
So, basically they are are being deceptive and conducting false advertising. Without even providing an asterisk or a "terms and conditions" link that are banking on the fact that people will get confused and then not report them.
Because no matter where one lives on this planet are seven days not equal to 168 hours or 10,080 minutes or 604,800 seconds.
