Defective merchandise

I bought many color brushes out of this website, once they came I came across the brushes were flaws, not new brushes. The bristles were bent.

I sent them back and that I never got a reimbursement, it was weeks before. There's no method to contact anybody, only e-mail, they've no telephone number. Do not purchase out of this organization.
