Poor customer service

I finished an offer via a sport in Facebook and didn't obtain the credit that complements it. I approached through the sole means (e-mail) and am stilling trading email 1 1/2 weeks later. They react only if I deliver a second mail requesting an answer. Our issue is outwardly a breakdown within their connecting program which exhibits no report of my finishing the present. They don't be seemingly ready to repair their issue and uphold their present. Until they step-up towards the dish, I wont do these presents again.
