Corporate Customer Service Hung up on me

I had been mistakenly billed for items which used to do not buy. I'd bought four products and returned two and was billed for that products i delivered. I named the client support division at their corporate workplace and was unhappy they were ready to pull-up the bill for anything I had been mistakenly billed for however they were not able to inform me what products these were. That is INCORRECT. After talking with the guy he explained he was the greatest up which there have been no supervisors that I really could consult with. After 14 units and 19 moments he hung-up on me... After I visited contact back the equipment mentioned that it had been after business hours and also to call-back, however their corporate workplace was nevertheless said to be available for another six units.

That Is wrong! And sad. I applied to enjoy buying at Marshalls but when their corporate workplace cant actually let you know what products they're getting you for that simply appears phony! The guy (perhaps i shouldnt contact him that, in the end he did rudely hang-up on me!) said i could get into the shop and have them what products these were. But I didnt buy something on that day, consequently I've no bill! On his pc he'd a bill but still couldnt tell me!!! This really is rude, unprofessional and overall incorrect...!
