This local company was given a contract to provide SEO services. Their representative came in and stated we should more than likely be able to get you on the first page within a few months. Multiple months - likely 6 -have passed they have hardly moved the website. They have provided minimal to no extra links. Their effort is poor. They have not responded to multiple phone calls. The owner of this small company will not call back.

When asking for a refund the gentleman suggested that perhaps I should have used a different company and this was my fault for not doing enough research into the matter. No matter that their website clearly advertises SEO, and the representative said he could deliver.

This is a small outfit that is horribly handled and very poor at their job!
