My partner and that I went from Decatur to St. Louis yesterday, a two-time travel, therefore we're able to consume in the Cheesecake Factory and make use of a gift-card we'd obtained at Holiday. We understood the cafe could be hectic, provided the vacation, therefore we named forward at 6pm. We came about 30 minutes later, waited in-line to check on-in after which received a pager and informed our delay could be 10 minutes.

We proceeded to attend for 60-minutes after which waited in-line again to request the coordinator just how much longer our desk could be. This time around, we were advised five minutes. After waiting one more 20 units, over one hour 5 as a whole delay time not checking the phone call forward period, we were compelled to depart our pager and get a fast supper at another cafe.

We were extremely dissatisfied in the manner our delay period was repeatedly grossly misrepresented. If we'd been informed our delay wouldbe over an hour 5 whenever we first came, we'd have recognized we could not delay that lengthy but still get house in a good time. We'd have rejected the pager and requested our dinner to go or, at least, had the opportunity to-go straight to another cafe.

We realize that vacations really are a hectic period for restaurants, but we experience clearly that you ought to have sufficient professionalism and regard for the customers in order to provide them a fairly correct delay period and permit them to create the best choice.
