Stae national training a scam

I went for this program a couple years back and then when applying for it never got any comfirmation back and no information for any classes back to me to take. So called and got no answer and now it has defaulted on my credit and any attempts to call them have resulted in "The wireless caller you are trying to reach is unavailable please try again later message 1pa01ul". So now all the work to repair my credit was for nothing because of that program which obviously is a scam.
