This outfit quotes you one rate over the phone and then the guy they send out to do the work charges you another rate when they come to fix things. I had a simple broken mailbox lock that needed fixing—all of about 5 minutes of work for the guy, mind you—and when I talked to the company on the phone, they said it would be $35.00 for the guy to come out and $35.00 for the repair. After I agreed, later on, when the guy came out to fix it, he tacked on close to $100.00 additional dollars for "labor." I would never have agreed to this, so of course he waited until after the job was done to tell me this. Make sure you know your price, and shop around to avoid this ripoff outfit.
