I visited Buds on Friday, May 13th around 2:30pm, intending to buy a Beretta Px4 Storm 9mm and a Taurus .38 Special revolver. I walked the wall trying to find the items I wanted and got no help - not even a "can I help you." I found the Beretta I was looking for and looked around to see if anyone was nearby; I saw four employees standing together in the shotgun/rifle area, talking to each other (three women and one male employee). They saw I needed help and just kept talking. I walked over to ask for help and they turned away as I approached, walking off in the other direction.
Is that what they call customer service? I guess so. I'll never buy a gun from Buds again. I don't care if I have to drive 3 hours out of my way for a firearm, even for something as cheap as a $200 gun. If it weren't for the gun range and the concealed carry course, I would never go to that location again. Do yourselves a favor and shop elsewhere - even if it costs a few dollars more (no more than $50), it's worth it rather than dealing with people who don't want your business.
